Hooray for Beer!!! Sealing a fermenting kettle

When we got a call from a local brewmaster to help seal his fermenting kettles we sprung into action. After all, we can't have beer going bad on us now can we?

We took some measurements and had a gasket cut with pressure sensitive adhesive placed on one side to stick to his lids. We recommended the lids be clean, dry and room temperature for the install. It worked like a charm. There's now an airtight seal on his fermenting pots and most important, the beer is safe.
